Have been trying for multiple days to get in touch with someone via phone and email and no one has answered. Terrible customer service. How do you expect to rent a property if you don't answer the phone or respond to an email?

Terrible management
The manager never answered the phone or email. How do you expect to do business like this.

Good place, bad management
The apartment complex itself is beautiful and the units are spacious, however the manager is incredibly unresponsive and irresponsible. He often misses appointments and does not reply to emails. It took him 3 months to get the alarm in my unit repaired when the lease guarantees most small repairs done in 24-48 hours and bigger repairs up to a week. If you're ok with bad management, then live here!

The Magnolia
The building is really nice. It has a fully stocked gym and a pool that is heated year-round. It is right next to a Target, Ralph's and Trader Joe's. There are many other great stores in the area. The apartment has hardwood floors and is pretty spacious and well lit for a one bedroom. The only complaint I have is the management... I have not had a good experience with them thus far and I've lived in the building for 5 months now. The manager is unresponsive, forgetful and just plain... irresponsible. It took them 4 months to fix my alarm system in my apartment. The most egregious error was when I got into a car accident in the guest parking lot with someone who DID NOT live in the building. It was there fault (they rear ended me), and they refused to give me their information until I threatened to call the police. Then they were saying that it was my fault, so I requested video footage from Alex because there are security cameras in the parking lot and he never replied to me. I emailed him on two separate occasions and called him once. It has been about a month since the accident and I still have no footage. Additionally, he is NEVER in the leasing office. I have seen people waiting in the lobby for appointments with him to tour the building many times and they ask me, "is Alex here?". This also happens with maintenance guys that come to the building. I have been in the lobby getting my mail and I've let in these guys about 10 times because Alex won't answer his phone. It's a great building, but my advice to the owner is to get new management... Alex is by far the worst apartment manager I have ever had.
