- Property manager and maintenance man are friendly and attentive - spacious rooms, working appliances, lots of storage space - for the most part tenants are friendly unless you’re unlucky with inconsiderate/loud neighbors - walls can be thin so be weary of it being noisy - great location, convenient to the freeway/grocery stores, and neighborhood seems very safe with dog amenities

Very thin walls
The management is good and fix things quickly. The apartments are updated well. It would be a nice place to live if the walls and ceilings weren't extremely thin. You can hear people talking at normal levels both through the walls and through the ceiling. People walking around is very loud. You can hear everything. It's more like having roommates then neighbors. And if you have loud neighbors then it will drive you crazy. I've never had this level of noise through these thin walls in any... other place I've lived. Also, the exterior walls are thin with little insulation. They are cold to the touch during the night or cold days. If noise brother you at all this is not the place for you unless you get lucky and the people around you are extremely quite.
