This apartment have very poor management, When you have emergence you call them they don't pick your call while they are in the office, When you show up in their office it is when they will listen and help. Performing maintenance takes forever even for a simple fix, sometimes it may take them weeks to fix the problem that cannot even take 1hour at the same time you have to follow up on them staying on their toe to fix the problem. The surrounding environment is worse dog poop and smell is... everywhere, I reported this several times with no action taken by the management and it is only one guy with the dog does all this mess. Apartments are cheap but it comes with the cost.

LOOK ELSEWHERE !!
Firstly- there is no way this place has a 4.8 rating. I rented an apartment in August 2020 out of desperation and regretted it from the very beginning.
The first red flag was that I was not able to view any apartments until I put a deposit down “due to COVID.” After paying the deposit, and first months rent, I was given keys to a unit - no walk through with management. I had to take photos of the damage and send it via email (to which they never responded), and spent hours cleaning.
They... were super responsive when I expressed interest in the apartment but once the lease was signed, they stopped replying to emails.
I had send to 3-4 emails for each maintenance request to get someone to even come look at the issue and then follow up for weeks to actually get any work done, if they ever came back at all.
When it was time to give notice of my move out, I sent four emails and two voicemails and eventually had to go down to the office to get someone to confirm they received notice. I was not given an option to do a walk through to fix any issues and was slammed with a $300 bill (on top of my $300 security deposit they kept- so a total of $600 in charges). One item I literally have the email requesting the come a fix it the day I moved in!
Long story short - don’t waste your time. The apartments are cheap for a reason.

AVOID THIS APARTMENT
This rating should be a negative star. This is by far the WORST apartment complex in the whole entire northern california!!!! STUDENTS going to UOP, BEWARE!! their cheaper rent is not worth your time, just look somewhere else. READ ALL THE REVIEWS, as proof! They keep posting that they have “available” unit but all they’re after is your deposit which they wont refund right away if you decided to cancel. They will just delay your move in date pretending that they’re renovating or cleaning the... unit but in all reality, they’re lying to you. THEY NEVER ANSWER CALLS, nor they will help you. People in the office are rude and really poor or zero customer service. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, even if you’re that desperate.

I work Monday through Friday which are the same hours as the office I told the Manager and she agreed to come in on her day off to move me in!! That's good customer service!!! Thanks for being flexible!

Dangerous
My apartment was broken into twice when I lived here for six months! This place is not safe. People watch to see your daily routines and will break into your apartment when you're not home. Thank god I wasn't home, not sure what would have happened if I was. Located in a bad neighborhood, find a place more north of town.
