I recently had the pleasure of leasing at Solana Hills, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the apartment, I was impressed by its stylish and modern design. The layout is both sleek and functional, with thoughtful touches throughout that made the space feel like home. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, and the living area was spacious and inviting.
The amenities at Solana Hills are top-notch. The fitness center is... well-equipped, and I loved the pool area – it’s perfect for relaxing or unwinding after a long day. The on-site management team is friendly and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
The location couldn’t be better. It’s conveniently close to shopping, dining, and entertainment, yet still offers a peaceful, private atmosphere. Everything I needed was just a short drive away, making it incredibly easy to get around.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Solana Hills. The combination of a stunning apartment, excellent amenities, and prime location makes it a standout option for anyone looking for a luxurious yet practical living experience. Highly recommend!

We recently moved to Solana Winchester Hills. It is a new construction, so some delays were expected. Robyn and Roger have been great throughout the process and have made our move enjoyable. We are very familiar with the area, we had already been Temecula residents but we needed a change due to our busy schedules. We love the open lay out; WIFI throughout; One stop for utilities, this is such a time saver for us! Beautiful design and you have the right person in charge! We cant say enough about... Robyn, she has been great and is very professional. If you are looking for convenience; safety; open lay out; excellent neighbors and customer service, Solana Winchester Hills is the place for you.
