Too expensive for the quality they offer. Management is not attentive. Pool has way too much chlorine that almost no one uses it. And rent is through the roof. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to live.

Pros:
It’s pretty clean, has underground assigned parking, street parking is pretty good for guests or extra car. Work/repairs orders are fixed pretty quickly. You get a small patio with your unit and units are a nice size.
Cons:
Super thin walls (you can hear neighbors going to the bathroom). If you live downstairs, YOU WILL HEAR EVERY STEP YOUR UPSTAIRS NEIGHBOR TAKES. Lots of screaming children. “Luxury” is a stretch. The paint is just caked on and it chips and scratches and it’s an old... building with mediocre upkeep. They just want to flip the empty apartments as quickly as possible. And be prepared to have rent raised EVERY SINGLE YEAR by a minimum of 7%.
Overall it’s okay. Most affordable in the area and the neighborhood is really good so that’s what makes it attractive.

This apartment is quite central for shopping and its in a quiet neighborhood. The rent is not bad either. The grounds are kept up and the pool is always maintained. The rotation of managers are a little ridiculous. We have been here for about 5 years and we have had 4 managers. The last Mgr. was the best. She knew who you were and also made it welcoming coming into the building. First impression of an apartment building mgr will either make you want to live there or not. Some apartments have... been upgraded, not all. If you're interested, ask to see the upgrades....
