Manager takes weeks to answer and when you have an issue she takes forever to fix and sometimes never. Appartment is all old and they only raise rents without any improvements. Terrible manager that doesn't care about tenants. Overpriced for what you get. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

High Rent --LOW Quality-- OLD and POOR MANAGEMENT
These apartments are OLD and OVERPRICED. No modern appliances....even the toilet is old. The shower/tub combo is old, re-painted and RUSTED thru. The countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are sadly redone with a glued on wallpaper....what a joke. The manager is NEVER on-site and never answers any calls. Multiple neighbors complain about roach problems and you are told to deal with the problem yourself. Tenants overpay for this old mis-managed apartment complex. Do yourself a huge favor, ... take your money and run from this place.......FAST !

I love living at Palm Gardens
My boyfriend and I moved here a month and a half ago. We were renting a condo in Tustin from a private owner. We have more privacy and piece of mind here than we ever had in our last place. The grounds are nice, we have a private fenced back yard, a security door and all of the utilities are included. The neighbors are all courteous and friendly but not in your business like when you live in condos next to owners. I would highly recommend this place for the price and if you want PRIVACY. I... love it here.

Irresponsible Manager
The manager is irresponsible. Not at all show up to the leasing office, but the aircoditioner 'll be on & only the mesh door 'll be in lock. She never mind even we got the appointment. Its very much annoying. This is not my first bad experience. Now I'm in some emergency. I have been looking for her for past two days. The way she responded in the also not happy. Very rarely she will pick the call. Its better to appoint a good person.
