How Is This Rating Determined?

Expensive for what it is.

Staff is accessible and very responsive.
Community is quiet and clean.
Parking has since been improved.

Cons:
Expensive - you pay all utilities.

Gym is tiny.

Laundry rooms are dirty and expensive. 1.75 per wash 150 per dry. The cost went up while I was there. I wouldn’t mind the price increase for cleaner facilities but People don’t clean out their lint traps and hair is all over the interior of the washer. It’s very gross.

Amazing!!!

I lived there for almost 2 years and I loved it!! Maria is the nicest property manager I have ever dealt with and even when I had to move for my job, she made it easy on me. I promise you if you do decide to move here you will love it! It’s quiet and the apartments are huge!!

Never know what you are paying for

Let me just start off by saying the staff is absolutely wonderful here when you move in, when you are trying to move out they are all a nightmare, so make sure you get everything in order at least 3 months before you move out.

My neighbors were wonderful. However, my boyfriend and I will not be renewing our lease as we will be moving into our first home. Our experience shopping and leasing here was great. With that said here is what I have experienced living here...

I absolutely love the...
stream that runs through the apartments, and my neighbors are great. I do see that the are people that live here that don't follow the rules set into place, like only having two cars, and picking up after your pets. This infuriates me because there is never parking... and it was never really an issue until recently. I do not feel safe walking across the street almost every night because I work the morning shifts and parking fills up by 4pm. Also with the parking situation being terrible, they are storing a trailer on site taking over 4 parking spots.

One of the main reasons why I signed here is because they said they would have night security... I've seen him 3 times since I've moved in last year.

My rent went up $150 to renew because they have been doing all these "upgrades" which are really nothing that concerns the masses. They should really invest in buying out one of these parking lots and making additional parking. The security they charge us for is never there, neither is the staff that is supposed to be working everyday.

JUNIOR

Small, but great for one person and the occasional guest.
laundry room is sometimes untidy. The grounds keepers and garbage truck combined with the traffic on mountain avenue are a bit annoying as well as the 2 to 3 am maintenance at the Carrows next door. All and all passable, but if my rent goes up much more I will begin the search for peace and quiet elsewhere.
