A new stackable washer/dryer unit has been added as well. There are enclosed & spacious front,side, and backyards; owner paid yard service is included. Sorry, no pets.RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:All persons 18 years of age or older must complete and sign an application. All adult occupants must meet these minimum qualifications to be accepted.Credit: FICO scores of 650+ or higher are preferred.
