NEEDS CLEANING/UPDATING!!
I looked at this complex...this would be a nice apartment complex if it were kept up. There are spider webs all over the place...a weird smell in halls and in lobby area, dirty elevator, if an earthquake would hit the building might fall (many cracks in foundation) apartment doors are filthy (needs painting) The owner must not be aware of these condition(s)as the outside lawn is immaculate...one would think the inside would be as well, well, it's not! Nice balcony, however, you can not cook... out!! The first comment claimed the elevator was huge, it is not. Mailboxes are old (1986 boxes) I decided to pass on this complex....too many negatives about this place!

The right one for now
Called 29 apartments and viewed 11 over two days. We selected Hazleton Royal as the next spot we will lie our heads. The common area is well kept. Love that the parking is gated and under the building, the car is always cool to get into. There is a trash shoot if you would rather not go into the garage to throw away your waste. The pool is very inviting, even if I will never use, still very nice to look at. I do very much enjoy the balcony which is a plus. I have a beautiful full tree... for viewing instead of the alley way I use to try to avoid looking at in the last apartment. The one bedroom apartments are on the street side so the sound of the traffic could keep you awake, good thing I am already sleeping before my head hits the bed. There is a elevator which was huge when it came to moving in. The stairway does sort of have a strange smell but not overwhelming. The entry way/mail box area is very clean and the trash mail doesn't just sit around for days on end. The apartment came with a new stove, dishwasher and microwave. The bedroom has a large closet and the ceilings in the apartment are high. The manager, Tim was helpful and made the move as painless as it could be. He spent way more time they he needed to making sure all questions we had were answered.
