FYI. Management offers residents incentives/gift cards for writing 5 star reviews. The place is falling apart and yet residents still pay full rent which is wayyyy overpriced. It looks quiet but constant construction with noise and dust. The Pool is broken and closed for over a year. The fitness and business office for residents is also broken and closed over a year with no end in site for either the pool, fitness, or business center. Oh and the front gate phone remote system is broken because... power to the main building is shut off due to a fire/water heater explosion. No end in site. Given one rinky dink garage opener which malfunctions. The renovations are partial and poor. Broken drawers, doors won’t close, shower leaks…But they tell you it’s fully renovated. It’s not but still have to pay full rent. Several nights of no cold water only burn your skin off hot water. Door doesn’t seal and let’s the light, cold air, NOISE, and Santa Anna dust right on in (welcome home lol). The water pressure and temperature fluctuates wildly! Which they blame on being down an exploded water heater again no end in site. Maintenance issue after maintenance issue with no resolutions!!! So frustrating! But again you gotta keep paying full overpriced rent! Only use Yondoo wifi which is glitchy and no option to use another service.
The list goes on…and on…and on….
Good luck getting a hold of the property manager, never answers phone and mailbox always full.
There are a lot of angry residents here.
So beware of those high reviews because there are gifts attached to them. Unfortunate that this is happening.

Great Space, Quiet, Excellent Management
The Ashwood Gardens Apartments in Ventura, CA is an oasis. There are towering pines and other trees throughout the property. My apartment is a 2b/2b with 1240 sq ft. Outstanding value, competitively priced.
