Wonderful Property!
My wife and I relocated to the area and, for 15 months, rented at the Lofts while we searched for our home. We could not have had a better experience! Here's why we liked the Lofts so much:
The staff is super friendly and responsive and they keep the property very clean and well maintained.
The property is on the smaller side, and thus the service is more personal; less "corporate".
The location cannot be beat! Walkable to everything downtown - restaurants, shopping, BART, Civic Park,... the Lesher Center etc.
It is a newer property, so the units are fresh and contemporary. The large windows offer ample, cheerful light.
It has a really nice rooftop scene - BBQ, hot tub, TV, seating areas. And recently a small exercise was added.
And in our experience, the residents were quiet and friendly.
With many layers of security, we felt safe at the Lofts.
Although we were happy to finally find a longer term home, we shall always look back on our time at the Lofts with great fondness.

Loved living here. GREAT location
Living at 1716 No Main was a pretty sweet deal! Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. Walking distance to the heart of Walnut Creek meant endless dining options, shops, and entertainment. A short walk to BART as well.
The maintenance crew were superheroes – always on point and lightning-fast whenever we had an issue. Major kudos to them.
Inside, our apartment was up-to-date. Modern appliances, sleek finishes – they really nailed the contemporary vibe. The quiet interior courtyard was a... gem. And that rooftop BBQ spot and hot tub? Hosting friends or just soaking in the tub with a view, it was top-notch.
The ample indoor parking was a tad pricey but definitely worth it. No need to play parking roulette or worry about weather messing with your ride. The convenience of rolling into a secure parking spot, especially on those rainy days or when you're juggling groceries, is seriously underrated.
