*the outdoor space is large, safe, fenced and gated at about 2 acres, Southeast facing for sun exposure, garden beds, outdoor fire place, picnic bench, gorgeous views of the valley below, surrounded by well maintained Redwoods, Madrones and Oaks providing plenty of privacy to hang a hammock, sit, meditate, and practice yoga on the decks while listening to the many birds that live and migrate to the property. There are trails within walking distance of property for runs, hikes, biking, etc. The area is an outdoor haven all within your reach.
