The apartment itself is beautiful. All brand new appliances, huge windows in the living and bedroom with tons of natural light, hardwood floors, and a real brick wall in the dining room! The landlord and property manager are amazing, always incredibly helpful and so is Osvaldo, the building's handyman. The neighborhood is prime West Hollywood, you can walk to Equinox, Gelsons, Earth Bar, and all the craziness on the Sunset Strip. I really can't see myself living anywhere else! The only thing... that I don't like about my unit is that there is absolutely NO storage space. No broom closet or anything! Just one closet in my bedroom which is pretty tiny. I've had to buy multifunctional furniture that doubles as furniture as well as storage. This building is pretty expensive to live in, I believe the rent here is quite a bit higher than other similar places in the area, but I love how much it feels like home. Read More
