Never worth for long stay

The building is clean and conveniently located. However, the side facing the nearby school can be quite noisy. I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay, as you might be charged about half of your deposit for reasons that seem unrelated!!!

Not Worth It

They took over $1,200 from my $2,200 deposit without telling me, security for the building is not acceptable, and sadly is average for the price, I do not recommend living here

INCREDIBLE SPOT

There is just something special about this place and you can tell so much thought was put into the building layout and unit designs. It gives a calm and minimalist aesthetic that you’ll want to show off to everyone you know. Dinner parties are a must. The pool area is secluded and cute that you’ll wanna go out there and relax on the daily. I am so excited to call this place home. Extra kudos to Cameron, a genuine and welcoming human who I hope you get the chance to encounter :) Come be my... neighbor!
