Why it’s good, because it’s spacious rooms and living rooms 12x13 rooms fit my Cali king bed and furniture. Washer dryer are managed through wash app, no coins anymore. Has a pool and lounging chairs, bbq, gym. The landlord is nice.

Why we moved, we didn’t like walking all the way to the laundry area, Especially when you have toddlers. The gym is inadequate. I personally never used the pool. The BBQ area is nice but clearly run down, broken thermostat, and poor lighting. Parking is a hit or...
miss. If you have a parking next to a wall your back out to get family in. And if you have a large vehicle it’s not gonna fit in the underground parking. Which leads to me to street parking. People are ruthless and you can tell who has been living the apt life a long time, as you will see people hoarding parking spots or have lack of consideration to park accordingly. Also people are dirty and leave trash on the street because they think being next to a school you can dump your car trash on the curb. Be vigilant to check your contract, I had month to month for over 5 years and then when we signed a year contract in our final year unknowingly they would not allow early termination even tho you can and there is a section stating it. they can deliberately deny it in the contract by simply leaving it blank, beware. Property owner purchased this property after I had already moved in. They do the minimum when it comes to repairs.
