I just moved in to this complex and don’t regret in any way !! Great location , very clean apartment complex and awesome parking ! And the price is great . Very safe here too ! Give them a try .. you’ll love it here !

I want to express my satisfaction as a tenant at Villa de Oro Apartments. The management at this condo is professional and attentive. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed, and the building is in good condition. The location is convenient, is a peaceful place. I highly recommend Villa de Oro to anyone seeking a great living experience

I lived at Villa de Oro for almost 4 years. It was a wonderful place to live. It is clean and quiet. The office managers are very kind and efficient at their jobs. The maintenance men are prompt and professional. There is also a amazing community of people. Everyone is kind and friendly, I feel that it is a very safe community. I was honestly heart-broken to leave my studio apartment, but life does change and it was time for me to go. I will always have fond memories of this apartment home and... am thankful that I was able to live in such a community.

I lived there 2 1/2 yrs , and I can say that I never had any issues.
The property is well kept ,the tenants are friendly and management is great ,

It was very hard for me to find an apartment for me as I was new in the US. My Credit history was fresh. After analyzing my documents they gave me the chance of being residence of Villa de Oro. Manager always helped us from first day of our residency to the last.
All the apartments have balcony or patio which gives you big space and you can feed hummingbirds, grow some plants.
You have covered parking spot.
Neighbors are very helpful.
When I was leaving they didn’t take advantage of my security... deposit. They just charge for cleaning and small repair which I cause. So I get most of my deposit.
Only reason I moved out was my job.
I give five star to my previous home.
