Great Place to Live

My roommate and I have been living at this location for a few months now while we're in college, and it has been a great place for a couple of students to live, close to campus. The staff is very friendly and willing to help at a moments notice. We had a pest problem during some very cold months, and once we informed management, they were quick to help and send someone to inspect our place. We also had a heating issue when winter started, but they were quick to help us once we informed them. The... noise was never a problem, and we never received noise complaints either, plus the neighborhood is quiet as well, very relaxing at times. Laundry is available but can be pricey if you end up doing more then one load. Sometimes the washers will break which can be an issue, but its normally resolved quickly. Location is great for many things, very close to a nice shopping center off of Havana, and quick access to I-225 and the airport. No view of the Rockies if that's something you are looking for, but for the price, location, and convienience of the place, you are getting a pretty good deal.

Geneva Apartments

Our experience with Geneva Apartments has been entirely positive. During our original tour, we had several questions, some in relation to my medical needs, and the manager and office staff were very helpful and informative. Since moving in, the staff has continued to be consistently friendly, and readily available for our questions or needs. For instance, the staff is always helpful in coordinating my twice-monthly medical supply deliveries (which are often large). Staff also accept smaller... deliveries to the office for residents when they are not home to accept delivery. The on-site maintenance worker has responded quickly to our maintenance tickets every time and is quite friendly. Our building is quiet; we've never had a noise problem. There is adequate parking in the private parking lot, but when that is full, there is abundant parking on the street; neither choice is too much of a walk. There are lawn areas where we walk our dog, and small kids' playground spaces on the grounds. We are close to many retail areas, restaurants, and supermarkets, and not far from I-70 and I-225. They do not currently have recycling pickup, and the area is not the most scenic part of Aurora. But overall, a good apartment for the price, and worth a look.
