Terrible place. They do not even deserve a one star. Staff lacks integrity. Remodeled apartments include painted over food crumbs and debris from previous residents. Had to scrub a 1/4 inch of grime from floors when we moved in. Inconsistent implementation of policies. Please don't move here.

Worst place to live
Lot of roaches and mold in apartment. Very horrible place to live. Management is not responsive. Fake smiles. Not willing to help.

Wasn't informed short term lease was not locked in
When I inquired about a 6 month lease, I was told a 6 month was available, but when I went to renew for 6 more months, I was told the shortest I could do was 10. Beware, they can change the number of months to whatever they want when you renew. Ripoff!

We are sorry that you feel this way, we posted a renewal offer letter on May 15, 2019, this offer is open for more than 45 days from your lease expiration date June 30, 2019. The renewal offer letter states that lease terms are based... upon lease term availability. Our current available lease terms are month to moth or 10-14months lease term. Please understand that we make the same offers of term availability to everyone when sending out renewal letters for leases that expire on the same month end to be fair.
It is to my understanding that you decided to stay on a month to month lease agreement, our office drafted the month to month lease and its pending your signature.

I am rupa I live in apartment no 10-106. We are friendlywith maintanace guys and all of the staff are like a family member .they treat a good manner with us. I preferred to stay more people in this apartment
