The bedroom has a king-size bed, tall and private windows, two large side tables with drawers, a deep closet, and an oak armoire. All of the furniture throughout the apartment is high quality and less than 3yrs old, and the kitchen is fully equipped with nice cookware and dishware.
The house has a sweet shared front porch, backyard with grill and hammock, house-wide humidifier that works with the heating (it gets dry in Colorado!), and shared onsite laundry in the basement. There's also a huge vegetable garden in the front yard if you'd like to participate during the growing season (not necessary, of course) and a gorgeous Siberian forest cat that lives with the downstairs tenants.
