The Magwood is a great place to call home. We have enjoyed our first month here and really don’t have a single complaint. Comfortable, quiet, spacious apartment in a well maintained community with lots of amenities in a beautiful part of town.

The Magwood is an excellent place to live. They have great amenities and staff, and their floor plans are spacious and offer a lot for the price, which while expensive in my experience in Boulder offers a lot more in return than other complexes. A good spot for both students and professionals, its quiet, private, and sits right next to bike trails, a shopping center and bus stops, although depending on where you’re headed you may need to make a transfer. In all, great place!!

A very pleasant place to live. Lots of amenities and a near perfect location—away from traffic and still very close to both downtown Boulder and to Niwot and places north. Doesn’t hurt that is has a multi-use trail running through it.

It has been positive and we have seen the improvement of various aspects of the Magwood. The most evident the pool and the remodeling of the space inside, the coffee, dog treats, bathrooms, computer spaces, games. Good style and lively place. In general more "attractions" .
