The community is great! They do tons of fun event and I love the engagement. The layout is really pretty and I like the views. I do wish they would fix the garage door.

It’s pretty okay, the sinks and bathtubs don’t work very well but everything else is good. SOOOOO expensive for what it is though. nice place to live

Not worth your money.

Expect the bare minimum. Hallways are always messy and they don’t clean them. When I was moving in it seems like they didn’t inspect the apartment at all as I had a dresser full of random peoples clothes and it was destroyed and the whole apartment was not clean (they would rather give out $50 gift cards to people than pay to clean the apartments). The price is outrageous for the laziness in here they give slumlords a run for their money. You also pay for every utility, internet and parking and... good luck finding a parking spot here because it’s either spend 3 hours looking for a parking spot or $120 a month for parking. Would highly not recommend living here and look for something not owned by five star as they have this reputation.

Everything is solid so far outside of a few minor hiccups. The pool being shutdown is a little bit of a let down, since us residents paid to live in a complex with a pool.

I love the apartment lots and lots! The pool and elevators could be cleaner. The door to the stairs from the outside doesn’t lock which is kind of dangerous.
