You will love it here. Don't hesitate. The people (both those who live and work at Weathervane) are the best in the world.
The location is dreamy - to the left of the property is nothing but fields of horses, open paths, and cows. It is a nice drive to all you would ever need (Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Safeway, Car Wash, Sephora, etc etc). It's a quiet sleepy area - the best to use for running errands. To the right is Pearl, all the hopping places, resturants, shopping centers, movie... theateres, etc. I feel so lucky to be in the middle of it all, tucked away in a tiny oasis.
There is a bike path right next to the property (literally) that is popular. I take my dogs to the dog park Weathervane has (off leash area for my pumpkins) and it's so nice to have a cyclist or two zooming by. So, you're away and seculded but not alone. It's ideal. I can't wait to ride my bike in the summer.
The gym is literally the most beautiful gym I've ever seen (outside of the one in Seattle for Microsoft peeps and Equinox) but seriously, you can't find a better gym here in Boulder or frankly Colorado. Two stories - huge open spaces for pilates or yoga, brand new equipment, stellar views, and amazing lighting. (I love to use the treadmill, but the idea of walking and looking at a TV or a white wall sounds like hell itself. The cardio machines literally face ceiling to floor open windows with the best view of nature, so my God - what more do you want?!)
I could go on and on, but honestly, you would be so lucky to live here. (Also the lobby and work-from-home area/lounge/office section is indescribably beautiful.) Can't say enough good things about this place.
