We moved to Riverwalk last fall to get a house built out on the plains. Our experience with this place is absolutely positive. Neighbors are nice people, the management is responsive and makes sure that the grounds are clean and everything is well maintained. Minor maintenance issues were attended swiftly. Our three kids have large grounds to play safely. The pool is well maintained and a great asset on hot days. The parking problem that existed in the past (non-residents parking on the grounds)... is now taken care of. Noise level from neighbors is generally low. We have nothing to complain. It is a good place to live with a family.

Apt. Rental
The apartment is newer construction, however, it is very inexpensive construction with the interior doors not staying open or closed. The parking is only fair because there are no assigned spots & some residents have to park several buildings away from their units. Also, not many exterior lights for safety. The rules don't seem to be checked because some apts. have 3-5 residents with as many cars. On the good side, the units have forced air heat with air conditioning, but the rents are high for... this fair quality and condition of unit because mgmt. says there's a waiting list. There's a pool but it's closed as much as it's open because of disrespectful people ruining it for others.
