Been a longer time resident so I got decent what it is like here. The buildings are owned by different people so might end up with a better landlord that actually takes care of the building to a level or you get the one that barely takes care of the building and if they do it's cheaply done work. One of the buildings had some rewelding on the stairs which starting rusting only a few days later. Apparently a stair collpased more recently on those rewelded stairs. There isn't instant hot water in... the building I live. Sometimes takes a few minutes to get even warm the water. If you are a wheelchair user you are gonna have terrible getting on the building without help. The doors don't have button to open and doorways might be too small to fit through in the apartments. The laundry the units are a mess. There's almpst always one of the dyers and washers out of order which you may find out the hard way. The repair company that you have to call barely fixes these units right the first time. So it's generally a pain. In my building they keep randomly raising the price of the washers and dyers. The storage units are small plus are easy to break into found that out the hard way. I was lucky nothing was taken. There is definitely a cockroach problem. I keep getting them crawling out from my sink in the kitchen and bathroom. I've had pest control come here before and they keep coming back despite being sure to be extra clean and place traps. You'll be lucky not to have neighbor blasting music that you can hear it over the fan, the ac, and your tv. Noise complaints usually do nothing. I have been woken up in the midnight of the night from the loud music. Maintenance is terrible here. They shut off water to the entire building when it can be turned off in the apartment to do what they need to. Basically feels like they very little basic knowledge on how the building works. Overall not a good idea to rent here if you can. Plus rent gets raised a lot without reason. This place isn't even worth the rent they ask for.

Terrible management and maintenance guys
I’ve been living here for about a year now and they have yet to fix any problems that I’ve asked them to. The maintenance guys are lazy and do the minimal amount of work possible. When I complain about the same problem the Manager gets mad. The apartments are roach infested and their pest control people can’t control any of the pests. Overall these are the worse apartments I’ve ever stayed in.

Great Management, Friendly Staff, Good Apartments, Reasonable Rates
I have lived at Garden Center Apartments for 6 years - two different occasions. The management team, Lynn and Hilda, are extremely friendly and welcoming all the time. The entire Garden Center team does an effective job and works hard to keep tenants happy. The apartments are in reasonably good condition and clean, the surrounding areas are quite, and people for the most part are friendly. Every now and then, you will find some bugs, but that is true almost anywhere you go. The team stays on top... of the situation to ensure that it doesn't get out of hand.

Garden Center in Broomfield, CO
The ladies that run the office are fantastic and the maintenance guy is absolutely the nicest! However, paying $810 for a tiny, one bedroom/bathroom apartment the size of a tight two-car garage that was built in the 70's is NOT worth it. I would not suggest renting here unless it was the only apartment you could find. The positive? I'm on an intersection with five bus routes and it takes twenty minutes to walk to the Broomfield US 36 Park N Ride bus station that connects to all regional bus... routes. The ability to take a bus is what makes it worth it.
