I find this complex very clean, people are respective and amenities are great. I have been very happy here. The hallways are always clean and when maintenence is needed, they respond in a timely manner.

I love my apartment, love the windows and it is so bright. I do not like that the windows don’t have screens and you can only open them a little bit. We have had so many alarms go off and that was really bad!! The plumbing is really bad and you have to flush the toilet so many times so it doesn’t clog up. I did an opening checklist and I have not heard about fixing the problems in that list. The office has been friendly especially Rory and another office lady(I forget her name), but there are... a couple of others in the office that are actually rude. I do not like that I have to pay $60 for garbage and I don’t have an option to cancel pick up at my door. I do like that the halls are clean and the swimming pool area is awesome! I do not like that my floor creaks a lot and a door that needs lubricating. You cannot open the bathroom door and bedroom door at the same time, they would bang into each other if you do. Overall I would still rent my apartment, especially with 8 weeks free.
