Stay away!

When it came time to move, I submitted a 30-day notice. Even paid a pro-rated amount the next month, moved. Two month later, after management accepted my termination, I get hit with a laughable collection threat for almost $1,000 after they took all of my deposits. They will not respond to mails and don’t answer calls. Look somewhere else.

Do not live here

You get charged for random things, appliances are outdated and cost you, management are the rudest people you will ever deal with. Polite to new customers, abusive towards residence. Do not live here.

Can't wait to move out

Office staff is horrendous, rude and unhelpful. Once you move in they don't care who you are or what struggles life brings. They just want their money and charge almost $200 for a late fee after 4 days when their website doesn't even work half the time to accept payments. Horrible living conditions, stressful and NOT WORTH THE LOCATION RIGHT OFF THE HIGHWAY. I simply cannot WAIT to move out. Check please? Oh wait, they took all my money. In addition to a HIDDEN EXPENSIVE UTILITY BILL.

Great apartment

I am in the Army and this apartment is so close to Fort Carson. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and parks. The staff is so helpful, friendly and always puts the residents first.

Cheyenne Crossing

We have a two bed two bath apt with a dining room and a fireplace that we pay 1080 a month for. Its about 1100 square feet. There is wood panel flooring in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms and carpet in the bedrooms. There is no central air or heat in our apt. There are some pluses to living here... We have a neigborhood pool and jacuzzi, a gym, a computer lounge, a sauna, a laundromat, a dog park and a clubhouse.
