I love this apartment
I’ve lived here for over a year now and these apartments are great for me. it’s affordable and the landlord is amazing. he’s present and professional and listens to all of the tenants problems and takes care of them as soon as possible. recently, the complex had a plumbing issue and it was resolved within the week. the biggest issue is the laundry room, the tenants abuse the laundry at times, but as long as you set a timer and take care of them, there won’t be any issues. I would definitely... recommend this as a place to live. also, it has easy access to the I-25 north an south and has restaurants and hiking spots (garden of the gods) and several local shops which was a big deal to me. great place to live!!!
