Thank you for reaching out. We take the safety of our residents very seriously. When an incident occurs, we have residents file a police report and contact CSPD immediately. Additionally, we have been sending out blast emails reminding residents to... not heat up their cars before going to work as there has been a high volume of car break-ins during this time of year.
