Do Not Move Here!

Cars are still broken into, they have a security gate but doesn't work. Feel very unsafe here

Thank you for reaching out. We take the safety of our residents very seriously. When an incident occurs, we have residents file a police report and contact CSPD immediately. Additionally, we have been sending out blast emails reminding residents to... not heat up their cars before going to work as there has been a high volume of car break-ins during this time of year. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, please reach out to our office. We are more than happy to help in any way that we can.
