This place is horrible from roaches to bed bugs to never being able to get a hold of anyone. Don’t spend your money here because this place doesn’t even have functioning laundry rooms much less a pool, dog park, ect. It’s a rundown apartment complex.

Management charges me $75 dollars for not being ready for pest inspection even after they sprayed for pest and did the inspection anyway. After refusing to pay the fine they proceeded to shut off my internet which I also had already paid for. Management has been nothing but rude and unruly to work with and I’m not the only tennenant that is constantly mistreated at the peak 4420 apartments.

I lived here a full year that I completely regret. From management having a 3rd party company to tow my car right out of the lot 2 days after I initially moved in so they could repave it and having to eat a $200 fee from said 3rd company to get my car back which they had towed across town (i lived alone with one car), to overly loud neighbors, to the armies of cockroaches that infest the buildings themselves this place is the worst. And to top it off the management was flat out rude after you... sign the lease. I haven't lived there in a couple years but I honestly lament making a decision to live here even a year.

Lived in these apartments for 1.5 years. Started off with walking into an apartment and before even moving our stuff in, saw a cockroach. Asked for a different building and was placed in a better apartment that did not have cockroaches. Then, we were told we could move in, but when we went to the office, it ended up being closed because Paulette was out of town and the assistant manager at the time also decided to take off that day.
We had to fight them to pay for our extra days of renting the... Uhaul since we could not unload all of our stuff without doing a walk through and getting a key for the new apartment. This should have been a forewarning for us, but we were desperate to move at the time.
A lot of my issues stem with Paulette, who has since been replaced. The area isn’t horrible, but over this past summer there were more days than not, that the pool was locked from residents being able to use. Why? Because trash was dumped on the ground.
Just wondering why the “security” company that “patrols” (drives once around the parking lots of the buildings once a night) couldn’t hang out for just a few nights for even an hour at a time to deter punk teenagers from hopping the pool fence once this was found to be an issue?
My car window was also smashed, along with a Jeep parked next to me that left their military bag in the back once.
Occasionally, you can catch neighbors getting into loud disputes and cops being called.
This is getting long, but if you’ve read this far and wondered why I gave any stars at all to this place, it’s because of the maintenance guys that work here. All of them say hello and will talk to you whenever you see them out and about. They replaced my fridge when it broke and kept freezing all of my food (in the fridge portion, not the freezer), and fixed a leak in my bathroom that was happening from the apartment above our’s bath tub.
With the cost of rent and lack of options, this may be your only option. Just be sure you keep records of when you talk to management and have receipts of when you paid your rent. When we signed for a 6 month lease, the office tried charging us the first two months of late fees because they didn’t update on their end that we renewed the lease. Because we had a copy of our lease with the date signed, the fees were eventually removed, but it was a headache those first two months.
