This is by far the worst place I lived at and the biggest waste of money. My original rent was 825 but at the end of the month it comes out over 100 dollars higher because of utilities not including my electricity. Also the place is crawling with cockroaches. I keep my place as clean as possible and had an exterminator come in to help but they always seem to crawl back in from the neighbors or the outside. For a minute we had homeless people come sleep in the hallways. They supposedly fixed that... by putting un-working locked doors. Every time I tried to address an issued with the ladies at the front desk they would get an attitude with me, they are absolutely some bitches. Trash is another issues, there is always trash in the hallways and they rarely come by and clean. The entrance to the building always reek like pee. They are cigarettes buds everywhere along with trash outside surrounding the building. I could go on and on about the negative things about this place. Avoid the trouble and do not rent here.

DO NOT RENT
This place sucks!!!!!! IT IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGSSSSS!!!! Only lived for there a few months and moved right away because they are sooo infested. The neighbors are soooo rude and play loud music all day everyday and when you knock on the door they either don't answer or they will and slam the door in your face and still don't turn it down. And i lived on the 3rd floor and it was still bad.

Mountain Country Estates / Regal Estates
The business started out as Mountain Country Estates. Currently a two bedroom / one bathroom is about $750/month. The living room is big, approximately 1000 square feet. The apartment I am currently at does not have a working AC. One window is missing a screen. The fridge doesn't work well sometimes. The bathtub handle broke off after the first week. This is how the apartment was during the showing, the day we move in. The apartments has improved over the past couple months. A new owner and new... maintenance are putting in new windows, screen doors, AC's, fridges, ect. Good deal if you are looking for low rent for a decent sized place.
