Best community in Colorado Springs
can’t say enough about this property and the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and communicated every step of the way. They let me tour an exact apartment anytime I showed up prior to moving in (perk of it still being built), the maintenance staff is so helpful and extra sweet. They would do anything for you. They love all pets, everyone is so sweet and they have wonderful community events where we all get to meet each other and make friends. The apartments are so beautiful and spacious. The... property itself is well maintained, plenty of pet stations around to clean up after yourself. It’s quiet and my little oasis. The stake app that gives you money back on rent is such a cool amenity. The fitness center, conference room, clubhouse, pool, grill and seating area, fire pit, dog parks, car wash (coming soon)… and it’s so close to everything. Literally the best place in Colorado Springs! Sarah, Hannah, Mike, Grace.. the most sweet and helpful staff

Good on paper
Good location, gated, and spacious with large garages for attached units, but a lot of issues that you wouldn't expect for how much you pay for rent and "lifestyle fee." This isn't the lifestyle I expected. The internet is unreliable, car wash and dog wash that were advertised are not yet open, shower fixtures are cheap and water doesn't get very hot, tap water is cloudy, and the coffee machine is only available when the leasing office is open, so if you work outside the home you won't have... access to it except on weekends. No business center like other apartment communities offer. It also doesn't help that my neighbors are always slamming their door and dog is barking.. walls are thin and can hear them walking around and talking upstairs with shoes on when I'm trying to sleep.

About the car wash, we are following up daily with our construction team for updates on getting this opened as soon as possible for our residents' enjoyment. We will be sure to send out full community communication as soon as it opens, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. Lastly, we are happy to report that we have a conference room in the leasing office available during regular office hours for business use for our residents. The TV doubles as a computer! If you need help operating the conference room technology, please do not hesitate to ask a team member for assistance. So many issues
My partner and I chose this new property because it looks upscale, offers a 2 car garage, it is pet friendly and we actually get a private fenced yard. We were assured that by the time we moved in the amentities advertised would be completed and ready, our grass and fence would be installed, 10 weeks later we are still waiting. As soon as we moved in we discovered major plumbing issues, no grass or fence, we found another tenants belongings stored in our garage and they had our garage door... opener, we've had electrical issues, plumbing issues, sewer smells, the plank flooring throughout the unit is coming unglued, one of our toilets is still not working. When we hung our clothes in the closets the shelving pulled out of the walls. The dog wash, car wash, dog parks aren't ready. They talked up Dish fiber and said it was reliable, come to find out they've had to reimburse people because of how unreliable it has been. I work from home and the unreliability has required me to find other sources of internet more times than I can count. I put in service requests only to be told it's warranty work and they can't give me a timeliness for repairs. Be wary, don't believe their promises and don't sign a lease.
