We lived here 2 years and absolutely loved calling Estates at Cheyenne Boulevard our home. The neighbors were all very nice and respectful. Dale, the landlord, was always so responsive, attentive, and genuine. There were times if he caught us outside, he would always ask if there was anything we needed. We truly felt welcomed from the day we moved in to the day we left. Thank you.

I loved living in these apartments, probably the best place I've ever lived. Excellent location for going downtown, very well managed. Couldn't ask for a better land lord, and a better price.

Best Apartments in Colorado Springs
My husband, the kids and I lived at The Estates at Cheyenne Blvd for about 2.5 years. We loved it there, the best choice we made in our move from Iowa!
The area is safe and secure with mostly all long-term renters and regular security at night. The management is top notch and maintenance is completed quickly.
Don’t let the 50s charm on the outside fool you! This place is cleaner and has better maintenance then any other apartment in town!
The area speaks for itself: Cheyenne Mountain School... district, Starsmoore and Cheyenne Canyon recreation up the street, South Nevada shopping centers a couple blocks away, and frequent sightings of wildlife.
This place is a gem for anyone looking for an apartment!

Great Service!
I know a few people who have lived here, and I hear this is excellent and has very friendly and hard workers. Any problem they have had, the staff was right there to help. I am now looking into moving here myself. Thank you guys for being so great!!!

Residents enjoy a well-maintained property, a quiet living environment, and friendly neighbors who enjoy community barbecues and lending each other a hand. The timeless buildings are impeccably maintained, with unique features inside and out. Each building has a large open front yard grass area... with towering shaded trees and amazing views of Cheyenne Mountain. The interiors have an older charm with upgraded features and well-maintained walls, wood floors, carpets and tile. Owner recently installed new windows throughout. The owner truly takes pride in this property! Car ports are conveniently located to each unit, with carport security cameras provided as an extra benefit to residents. The complex is surrounded by residential areas, with wine shops, post office, convenience store, library, locally owned restaurants and a health club a short stroll away. The mountain foothills are a short drive or walk/bikeride away. The back area of the complex contains park-like areas with children's playground, picnic spots, and shaded areas to relax and enjoy a good book, cup of coffee, or chat with a neighbor.
