I've lived here 12 months and have had problems since the beginning. First when looking for my apartment and found this place I was pressured into getting into the apartment two weeks before my desired move in date. (I understand that it was my choice). After moving in it took 12 days for the complex to be sold to a different company completely. That wouldn't even be a problem if the new company would actually take care of the renters. Since moving in I called the property management for a... broken toilet (which I fixed for 2 months while I was waiting for a person to do something with my request). And bugs I called for 8 months for try and get an exterminator out and. Roaches just line the walls and in every spot in the apartment. Was told by the exterminator who came in that every apartment is infested and that so far the chemicals they are using are not helping just moving them from apartment to apartment. Also when you have upstairs neighbors you can literally see where they are walking and the roof moving from where they are going. I was told by my doorsteps neighbors that my kitchen floor is sinking into there's and you can see the floor dropping. They say they have security and you definitely pay for it. But you'll never see them and when you need them you can never get ahold of them. And if you do they have other properties to manage so they'll get to you maybe. But don't stop the shooting from happening and the drugs deals that happen.(there are residents selling god know what out there apartment).People will blare their music at all hours of the night and day. I strongly advise you to go else where when renting.
