UNPROFESSIONAL

I moved from Arizona to try to move into this location. We put a holding fee down 8 days ago and told them we wanted to do our move in date 3 days ago. They informed us a week ago that they didn't receive our holding fee, which we have a reciept to. Then we had no contact from them for 5 days. Obviously that's a day later than our original move in date that we agreed on. They told us that they were short staffed due to the manager going on vacation this week and sorry about the inconvenience... (which should have been clearly communicated before we gave them a holding fee) and said we could move in yesterday. We agreed and didn't hear back from them til late in the afternoon even after calling both offices multiple times thoughout the day. Now they are saying Sunday, but with how shitty this management was running, I refuse to go through them to rent. I spent over $2000 to move here and I only have enough to cover my half of move in costs. So because of their poor communication skills, I am out over $2000, I don't have enough to get a new moving truck, so I can only load up my car and poor cat for another 12 hour drive back to Arizona with less than 25% of my stuff. So overall I spent over $3000 (holding fee plus 2 moves) and lost the majority of my things because this management company refuses to be professional and communicate. DO NOT MOVE HERE! YOU WILL BE PLAYING THE GUESSING GAME THE ENTIRE TIME ON WHEN YOU WILL ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO MOVE IN!

Big waste of money

From the location on the “bad” side of town to the absolute filth of living conditions cockroaches, water leaks, and constant maintenance problems regarding the heating make living in this complex near impossible. The first and the only place I’ve ever seen that will actually charge you for living in a dump and have the audacity to try to raise the rent. Expect not to get your deposit back as the greedy atlas real estate I’ll try to keep it so that they can better use it to pretend to renovate... apartments. Their version of renovation is sloppy paint jobs and barely vacuuming the carpet before the new tenants move in keeping you to a very confined list of problems to actually bring up on move-in day. This is a place that will pray upon the low class and unfortunate to make a quick buck on some thing I would deem as less than livable.

Clean quiet property

The management here keeps a close eye on everything.
They also have a security company that tenants can call for any problems at all.
The property is so much nicer than it was a few years back. It's pretty obvious the current management takes pride in the property.
