The Taylor at Greenway is a resort-like community with beautiful modern luxury apartments. It is a quiet community and has the best amenities I have ever seen in an affordable complex. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they maintain the property very well. It is very conveniently located in walking distance from a wide variety of stores, restaurants, a movie theater and schools. It is family and dog friendly and a great place to call home.

Being a mom with two kids, you always want the safest and healthy environment for your children. The Taylor provides that family vibe. Emily (So sweet) made moving in easy for my girls and me. Im excited to meet more families and explore the beautiful property. Let's not forget the snack area, which my daughter loves (hot chocolate) ..... yummmm

Amenities are great, apartment materials are crap!
The amenities on the property are great! but the materials (everything from the flooring to the appliances) are the worst! I would expect a luxury apartment to have decent materials, but everything seems to be bottom of the line. For example, my fridge freezes food at the top and keeps food at the bottom cool. The washer/dryer don't have varying cycles and aren't HE. The carpets I think are the worst part of the apartments. The are hard, scratchy and stain from everything! Also, I can hear... almost everything the person above me is doing....it is very loud! The stairway doors also SLAM shut at all hours so if you end up moving in, don't get a place by the stairs!
