Great place!! My time at Enova was excellent! The ladies in the leasing office are lovely, and very helpful to work with. Unfortunately, I had to leave prior to my lease agreement and they were incredibly understanding and helpful. I would absolutely live here again.

expensive and not worth it
They charge you for everything, every month expect to pay about $200 for additional fees, such as water, sewer (which, for some reason is higher than your water bill) they charge you for trash, building electricity, the garage cost of 150 months which is crazy expensive, management is terrible, there’s weeds growing everywhere. Obviously the landscape people don’t know the difference between weeds and plants. Litter everywhere, the pool is only open five months to year if you’re lucky it seems... to be closed all the time for maintenance, you need to look a little farther. There’s some nice or apartments around here. These ones are overpriced and poorly managed and they charge you for everything

TERRIBLE
We moved in to the Enova apartments at the beginning of May. We put in our first maintenance request May 27th to fix our ac and are still waiting for it to be fixed. I am constantly having to follow up with the front office because there is zero communication. The only “communication” we get is them asking us to rate our maintenance experience. Fast forward to Thursday June 22nd we get home from work and the ac is still broken. I reached out to the office the next morning on the 23rd and spoke... to the gentleman in the office. I told him the story, he let me know he would figure out what was going on and give me a call back. I waited until 4:00 that afternoon and received no phone call so I called back and spoke to one of the women in the office. She put me on hold and then proceeded to tell me someone would for sure be out to my apartment to fix the ac on Monday June 26th. I asked her to make a note that I would like someone from the office or maintenance to call me right after the work is done so I know it’s complete. I let her know that I’ve had a really difficult time getting any communication from them. She apologized then let me know someone would reach out. It’s now the 26th and we still have no ac. When I called in at 4:30 to express my frustration, the gentleman at the apartment said “I’m sorry I don’t own the apartments, there is nothing else I can do and a manager will tell you the same thing.” I asked for a call back and again was given nothing. When I went into the apartment to speak with someone in person all he did was roll his eyes then leave to a back room. I still have not been provided with an answer as to when the ac should be fixed. I called into the office on May 27th and have left voicemails with no returned call. Once I got through to someone they let me know it would be fixed today and nothing. I tried to go into the leasing office at 5:30 and waited 10 minutes to see if someone might have shown back up but the leasing office was completely locked up and closed early. You can’t get any help from this staff. I highly recommend looking for a different apartment that has a staff, management and owners who care about their tenants.
