This unit is newly vacant after 8 years and we completely re-did the interior. It looks fantastic! House is STEPS away from Cheesman Park (forgotten cemetery, possibly haunted) and Denver Botanic Gardens (lots of plants to look at). Easy access to Cherry Creek Shopping District, York Street, Colfax, and bus line on 12th.

Private exterior entrance. Laundry in basement (not that creepy, only small amount of spiders). Fenced-in backyard contains plastic horse skeleton year-round. (Heads up: no off-leash dogs allowed in the backyard. They will LOVE joining the three trillion other dogs that frolic in Cheesman Park.)
