The walls and ceilings are incredibly thin. You can hear everything going on next door and upstairs. There’s nothing to be done about residents walking freely in their apartments and shaking the floor beneath them with their steps. The noise is unbearable at night when trying to sleep.

I truly do love living here. The staff here is so on top of things from proactive communication to fun events etc. I have lived in a lot of different places and I have never been more satisfied with the management.

Don’t do it

I lived here for 10 mths, it’s not good. The rent is ridiculously high for what is offered. All the amenities are constantly broken or dirty or crowded. The pools are closed most of the time. The fire alarm goes off monthly for some reason?! I stopped evacuating eventually. Our apartment was large but super cheap, for example the gaps in between all the floorboards and we could hear the upstairs neighbors very clearly. Management is petty and blames building issues on residents. Location feels... like living on the freeway. 2 stars because Kylee made the initial rental process very smooth.
