From personal experience, maintenance services can take several weeks to complete which is very inconvenient especially when necessities, such as heating/ cooling, aren’t working properly. Management is also hard to get a hold, especially over the phone, and it seems like no one is really there to help out paying residents. There’s also a roach problem! Fumigators come every Thursday which is nice, but I have yet to see the roaches completely gone. All isn’t bad though, the neighborhood itself... is very quiet and safe! Residents are super nice and have really cute dogs.
