power always going out

the power goes out every time the temperature changes bc the heating/AC units all short out. the fire alarm was left on for 12+ hours overnight while the power was out.

Stellar Management, Great Price for Space

Although I ended up choosing a different location due to accommodations necessary for work, I was blown away by the professionalism and care shown by the staff. Specifically, the manager on-site Linda was willing to work around a busy schedule to offer several unscheduled tours and answer any questions. It's clear the tenants appreciate her and her care for them, a rarity in renting. The studio space is the largest I've seen, at a better price, than any in the area. Finished flooring and kitchen... , and ample closet space. I would have really enjoyed living at Camellia House. Thank you Linda!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Building is under constant construction, parking garage might as well be under a lake its leaky and floods anytime there is rain or snow. Building manager could care less about anything going on and there is always trash littered around the property. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Great Managment

I lived in Camellia in a studio for a year, and loved it. In the time I was there, they completely redid the lobby area, which now has free WiFi, coffee, and tea. It’s a nice area to do work and quiet in the evenings. My studio had a great layout, and Linda (the main office person) was easy to communicate with and friendly. Any problems I had were fixed the day of or the next day, but I only had to put in a service report twice the whole time I was there. There is no recycling, which is a... downside. But the courtyard is very well taken care of with flowers, and I felt safe even on the ground level because there are cameras at the entrances. You can’t beat the location, and the price is pretty on par with what you can get in that area but with nice, redone, bathrooms and kitchens. I only moved out because I needed a different location! Would recommend Camellia house.
