The building is infested with cockroaches. The property manager is also very friendly until after you sign the lease and are tied into the contract. I highly recommend looking somewhere else. It's not worth the cheaper rent and nice-looking appliances.

Very friendly community
I've lived at the Courtyard at Cherry Creek for almost a year. Isela (the manager) is responds very promptly to any concerns and maintenance does a wonderful job keeping the community clean. In the winter, the pathways are shoveled immediately and in the summer, the pool is always immaculate.
I don't think I could have found a better place for the price in such a central location! My only complaint is road/street noise but that is to be expected in the middle of a densely populated area. I... would recommend again but am moving out to have a yard for my dog.

Everything I want for a VERY reasonable price!
Both me and my little dog are SO happy here! The apartments are small, but have been totally updated with new appliances, cabinets and most importantly for my little Max, accident forgiving vinyl plank flooring. There is a dog bath and dog park for Pluto, as well as Infinity Park, only 1/4 block away, for both of us. I've been a resident for 3 1/2 months and have made friends with several other dog lovers that live at Courtyard. The summer was very enjoyable with the outdoor pool, fire pit,... gas BBQ grills and beautiful courtyard. I highly recommend living here!

Cute and Pet Friendly!
Finding a cute place for a fair price is hard that’s why I enjoy my space so much! Love being close to infinity park where walking my dog is convenient. The complex also has a small dog park which helps in the winter days!

Nice Place!
Terrific! The location is unbeatable with terrific views and access of DU. Neighbors are awesome and rent is decent, Management is also pretty good. I look forward to staying here for a bit!
