A great spot to be just hidden enough among the city limits of Cap Hill & Downtown, but not in either of those high-traffic neighborhoods. The inside is renovated very modernly, and the washer/dryer units are in a collective room downstairs with storage units available as well. The patio includes a grill, bike racks and a nice sitting area. Everyone here seems to keep to themselves until coming out on to the patio. This is a nice transition to Denver space for those looking to be within walking... distance of restaurants & bars alike.
