BED BUGS!

This first and most important problem with this place is the BED BUGS. In the 6 months I lived in this building I had my apartment treated 3 times. They are not properly treated and landlord takes his time scheduling an exterminator or any maintenance person. The there is also a problem with tenants leaving the back door to the building open which results in homeless people sleeping in the laundry where the machines rarely work. I could go on but instead I’ll just say this AVOID THIS APARTMENT... AT ALL COST!

The place that I live in...

I did not like it here when I moved in two years ago well I finally got used to it. When I moved in the rent for me was $630.00 now $670.00 I guess it could be higher.
