Great location near train line. Maintenance always quick and helpful. The dog park is great, with plenty of other green spaces to walk dogs around.

The leasing office is very helpful and always available for questions. It is very quiet, great amenities (the gym is nice, and the pool is open year round) and very clean/new apartments with lots of storage

I love living at Emblem Gateway! The office staff is very efficient and friendly and always there to help when needed. the complex stays cleaned and maintains a good look at all times. and i love the amenities!!!!

The area quiet and there are food options around. Also, you’re roughly 30 minutes from everything. The main issue I had was the extra fees for the main area, trash, etc. were not explained properly regarding how it was to be billed. Also, the tenants above me are always making noises and haven’t stopped even though I complained to the leasing office. Overall, not a bad area but not the best. Pricing isn’t worth the living space either
