I'm coming up on one year at HIghlands 32 and it's been a sweet dream. The location is amazing, as you're only 5-10 minutes (with traffic mind you) to downtown Denver. The neighborhood itself is so sweet, especially this time of year, as the farmer market picks back up. I'm so stocked to live here.

I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a more "neighborhood" feel yet still be walkable to Highlands/Downtown. It's truly a dream.

Located in the cutest little community, Highlands32 is a perfect quiet and cute complex. The staff is helpful and always available, the parking garage is indoors and heated, and I haven’t had any package theft or noise issues like I have in previous buildings! You also get a discount at the wine shop, cheese shop, florist, boutiques, and bakery located just below you!
