Best spot in LoHi

I love everything about Line28—the people, the location, the service, the apartments. Literally everything. From the very beginning, Letty, the building's leasing agent, was responsive, attentive and helpful. She is amazing and a joy to work with. Sidney and the rest of the team are on point, taking prompt care of issues as they arise and keeping the building informed when we need to be. And entertained, the building throws some great parties for its residents! The neighborhood is vibrant and... the location is prime, with access to great restaurants and bars, as well as the highways/rest of Denver and beyond. The building is pet-friendly, so it's great for the pooch (Little Man Ice Cream even has doggie scoops.) I cannot say enough good things about Letty, Sidney, the team and the building.

Good place to call home

Property management does a great job putting on social activities, and keeping the apartment clean and safe. Maintenance requests are answered quickly and with a smile. Rent is a tad high but that is to be expected for the area.
