The Mercer is an excellent place to live in Lower Downtown Denver. We live walking distance to the sports arenas and to Union Station. No noise complaints and the staff is always working to maintain cleanliness. Damion & Jordan have provided top tier service and make it enjoyable to live here.

It’s a nice building but management has consistently failed tenants. They’ve been promising parking across the street for months, repairs take weeks, one of our elevators didnt work for months

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We definitely understand the frustrations you are experiencing and we are actively working on bringing out a vendor to repair your dishwasher. Unfortunately with our building being... under warranty we must wait for the vendors to come and do the work. As for the elevators; we have been proactive in our communications in getting our elevator to work in a consistent fashion. As you can imagine; navigating these challenges can be difficult - we are glad that it has been repaired for quite some time.
