Just don't move here. The worst horrible office people I have ever seen.
Yeah, the building is new and has a nice pool and amenities. But you know what determines your daily life is actually people, the office managers.
They has a service called Luxer, which is a package service, and of course, their unprofessional office people did not set it up correctly for me. I lost my Amazon packages since the locker code was sent to a former resident.
I have talked several times with the office manager... and she said she would contact the former resident and get back to me. Of course, there was no response from her and she quit last month. Talked to a new office manager last month, and he said he will figure out what he can do, yeah as you can expect no response for a month, and today he finally responded to my follow-up email and say the same thing. Contact Amazon.
I am very frustrated with Milo and how they treat the residents.
I feel like I am just an annoying burden to them.

Not At All "Luxury"
If you are thinking about checking this place out, here’s a dose of reality:
Terrible package process: If your package gets delivered to the large locker with other content, you are expected to remove & sort through 20-30 packages if you can’t find your stuff right away. Sometimes your stuff gets delivered to the door; sometimes it says it got delivered to the front office & no one knows where it is; sometimes it gets left out in front of the building on the sidewalk; sometimes it gets tossed... into a pile in the front office or mailroom.
Unsecured & broken access points: In the year I’ve been here, I estimate that 2 of the 4 primary points of entrance to the property have been broken. This means that the door is just hanging open for all to enter, or when you scan, the door doesn’t open.
Overcharged for parking & not private: I’m not kidding when I say that someone threw their old rims in a parking space & they have been there the ENTIRE YEAR I’ve lived here and counting. One of the “perks” you pay for is private/ gated parking, but on multiple occasions the gate breaks & it’s open game for anyone. In all cases, they have taken over a week to fix it. It’s broken as I write this, & we are over 2 weeks. I’ve already seen a car window shattered in the area that would otherwise be gated. Not very “luxurious.”
Common spaces misused & filthy: The counters around the grill are disgusting. This outside patio & the adjacent common room are regularly used for private & public parties, which is a great. Problem is, they sometimes don’t clean up the mess for days. I've got photos of a trash-covered common-space patio that lasted for two days (5/15-5/16) from a party the day prior. I would expect a “luxury” apartment to either enforce strict clean up policies or have someone come out early the next morning to clean the space (or both).
Getting tired of typing, but it’s important that someone calls them out on their poor operation (especially since they solicit reviews). I’ve also seen dog crap on the mail room floor that lasted 2 days, and the same trash in cans by the elevators that lasted 4 days. Beware before signing, it’s not what it seems.

Lots of money for horrible management
This is my 3rd lease with this building and I can honestly say to spend your money elsewhere. I have never missed or been late on paying rent. However, I have had multiple packages lost by the leasing office, my mail stopped arriving because they changed it to a different box randomly and then I had to call and make a formal complaint with USPS to try to fix it. Then, my fob stopped working when the lease renewed and I couldn’t access my own vehicle or leave my apartment. The facilities look... nice but if you are going to rent in this price range, I would recommend that you do so elsewhere at a non-Gables residential community.

Very bad experience living in Milo Apartments
Moved from out of town during Covid and we were only able to tour places virtually. One of our main concerns when moving was noise and insulation between units. We didn’t like any of the few top floor units available here, but after being promised “10 inches of concrete, and some of the best insulation in Denver” we decided to go against our gut feeling of sticking to a top floor, and sign an 8th floor apartment.
We moved to the 8th floor and we noticed issues right away. As soon as we stepped... in, we could hear a lot of heavy stomping from upstairs. We mentioned this to management right away, and they told us nobody has complained about noise before, so the problem has to be the tenants above us. Management emailed them, and this only caused more issues, neighbors didn’t like that and the noise increased after that. Management never took any responsibility for the noise, even when providing evidence of excessive noise in the middle of the night, they just pointed fingers and blamed the people upstairs for being loud and not knowing how to live in an apartment building. The walls between apartments are paper thin, we could hear conversations from the side neighbors as well as music/bass and all sorts of noises.
Management decided to offer us the ability to move within the complex as long as the unit was more expensive and we pay a transfer fee. We were desperate enough to agree and decided to move to a townhome (they have 9 town homes, and only 2 are leased, should have been a red flag). We packed up, and moved across the building. If you haven’t seen the layout, the townhomes are two-story apartments, and there’s a flat on top of you. This was the biggest mistake we ever made. AVOID the TownHomes!!!!!! There’s a reason most of them are vacant after a year of being ready to lease. You can hear 5 times more noise from your upstairs neighbors, somehow they managed to make them even more paper thin between units. Our neighbors had kids, and we could feel (from our downstairs living room) our townhouse shake when the kids ran across, which was VERY often. It was so bad, we paid 2 months of rent to liquidate and moved out within 2 weeks of living here.

Walls suck, not worth the literal headache.
We hear EVERYTHING going on around us at all hours of the day - doors shutting, walking, talking, barking, and every other miscellaneous bang.
