We stumbled on Modera Golden Triangle simply by walking by. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Angie who is such a charismatic and kind person. We spent at least 30 minutes just chatting. It was comfortable and welcoming conversation; without even seeing the apartments we were already sold. It was still under construction with only floors 1-3 complete and Angie made sure to make our viewing experience useful and worthwhile. This place is absolutely gorgeous; from the kitchen finishings,... the large windows, the layout to the beautiful amenities. We officially move in October 1 and we could not be more excited. This experience has already been the best of all the moves I have previously done.
