I was lied to from the beginning of moving in. They told me the apartment I was supposed to move in, was not ready. But they have one that was just renovated. Ever since the first day I moved in has been nothing but issues with this place. Leaking toilet, leaking ceiling twice in the bathroom, bathroom door hinge broke caused the door to fall, window in a bedroom broken ext

Novi at Lowry is a great community in Denver. The office staff is extremely nice and the maintenance guys are amazing knowledgeable, and timely with finishing work orders.

I would never recommend anyone to live. The apartments are dirty. My apartment flooded 5 times with no compensation from the office. The roaches are bad. Worst community I have ever been at.

El peor lugar para vivir, prometen áreas sociales que nunca están abiertas el personal brinda lo más mínima ayuda posible no se esfuerzan en lo absoluto el personal de mantenimiento no está nada calificado, nunca solucionan nada se acercan al apartamento y a los 10 min se van sin solucionar nada y dan por terminadas las solicitudes en la aplicación
